Had a pleasant time here at this location, keep In mind it's a Dunkin-Baskin Robins so they are doing both here. Staff were friendly, wasn't super fast but orders were correct. Hung out with the grandparents for the grandkids, and they didn't mind us at all. Icre cream was also quite tasty, nice place overall

Met my family (from out of town) here to offer them their Easter baskets. And the staff was very helpful, good service and of course love baskin robbins ice cream, thans to Sean and Isabelle.

Our most recent visit was the same as previous times: always out of several items. They always have some excuse why they’re usually out of strawberry and hot fudge toppings. This time, regular spoons added to the list so they gave me a mini tasting spoon for my “sundae”. The scoops are usually ridiculously small - BR started making their scoop sizes smaller many years ago, though some BRs still give you your money’s worth. Sometimes the workers are unfriendly, act clueless, or ignore you at the counter. Apparently they continue to be severely understaffed. The other Killeen and HH locations are better, for the most part but not as convenient distance-wise.

A star is too much. Terrible service! No body was there to take an orden, when finally someone arrived; I asked for a banana split. He started making it but they didn’t have strawberries sauce and chocolate fudge! (He didn’t tell and there wasn’t signs neither about availability ) I asked if they didn’t have inside more ingredientes; so, he brought frozen chopped strawberries and ask me if I wanted them frozen! ???

Please do not come to this place because they treated us very horribly an hour before closing. They kicked us out and said we’re not allowed to serve you when it’s an hour for closing and also there was this lady welcoming us in to the service and she did not. The other lady did not allow us to get served and kisses out and told us to go to the drive-through so we go to the drive-through. She said she didn’t have anything to make milkshake when we when we just saw a couple walk out with milkshakes too as we were walking in. She said she didn’t have anything mango either when we saw a couple walking out with mango smoothies after she said there was nothing mango. We couldn’t blend anything because it was an hour before closing and you deserve all of my hate girl because you’re doing too much
